הא לחמא עניא די אכלו אבהתנא בארעא דמצרים. כל דכפין ייתי ויכול, כל דצריך ייתי ויפסח. השתא הכא, לשנה הבאה בארעא דישראל, השתא עבדי, לשנה הבאה בני חורין.
This is the bread of poverty which our ancestors ate in the land of Egypt. Let all who are hungry come and eat. Let all who are needy come and celebrate the Passover. At present we are here; next year may we be in the land of Israel. At present we are slaves; next year may we be free.
Вот хлеб бедности нашей, который ели отцы наши в Земле Египетской. Всякий, кто голоден, пусть придет и ест. Всякий, кто нуждается в праздновании Песаха, пусть придет и празднует его вместе с нами. Сегодня мы находимся в изгнании, пусть же в будущем году мы будем праздновать этот Праздник в Земле Израиля. Сегодня мы рабы, пусть же в будущем году мы будем праздновать этот Праздник свободными людьми.
Voici le pain de misère que nos pères mangèrent en Égypte. Que celui qui a faim vienne et mange ; que celui qui est dans le besoin vienne et conduise le Sédère de Pessa'h. Cette année nous sommes ici ; l'an prochain en Terre d'Israël. Cette année nous sommes esclaves ; l'an prochain puissions-nous être libres.
Dies ist das Brot der Armut, das unsere Väter in Ägypten gegessen haben. Wer hungrig ist, komme und esse. Wer in Not ist, komme und feiere Pessach. Dieses Jahr sind wir hier – im nächsten Jahr im Land Israel. Dieses Jahr sind wir Sklaven – nächstes Jahr freie Menschen
