(ג) כשהוא מיסב לא יטה על גבו ולא על פניו ולא על ימינו אלא על שמאלו:
רמ"א (ואין חילוק בין איטר לאחר) (טור בשם רש"י ות"ה בסי' קל"ו):
(ט) (ט) לא יטה וכו' - דזה לא מיקרי "דרך חירות":
(יא) (יא) ואין חילוק וכו' - ר"ל דגם איטר צריך להסב על שמאל כל אדם.
ואע"ג דהוא אוכל תמיד בשמאלו, וא"כ לטעם א' היה צריך להסב על ימינו, מ"מ אין לחלק מפני טעם ב' שמא יקדים קנה לוושט, והאי טעמא עדיפא לן משום דהוי סכנתא - וחמירא סכנתא מאיסורא - ויאכל אותו הפעם בימין כל אדם.
ובדיעבד אם היסב על צד ימין יצא דימין שלו הרי הוא כשמאל כל אדם:
