מי שהלך בסחורה ופסקו עליו אנשי העיר שהלך שם צדקה הרי זה נותן לעניי אותה העיר, ואם היו רבים ופסקו עליהן צדקה נותנין
One who is traveling on business, and is dunned by the townspeople there for tzedaka, must give to the poor of that town.
