אַל תִּמְנַע טוֹב מִבְּעָלָיו בִּהְיוֹת לְאֵל ידיך יָדְךָ לַעֲשׂוֹת
Do not withhold good from one who deserves it when you have the power to do it for them. [JPS translation. Edited for gender neutrality]
