אַל תַּשְׁלִיכֵנִי לְעֵת זִקְנָה כִּכְלוֹת כֹּחִי אַל תַּעַזְבֵנִי:
Do not cast me off in old age; when my strength fails, do not forsake me! [JPS translation]
