.. who restores my soul to me, great is thy faithfulness. If a man should hide in darkness, would thou not see him? (upon awakening)

(11) If I say, “Surely darkness will conceal me,
night will provide me with cover,”-b
(12) darkness is not dark for You;
night is as light as day;
darkness and light are the same.
(13) It was You who created my conscience;
You fashioned me in my mother’s womb.
(14) I praise You,
for I am awesomely, wondrously made;
Your work is wonderful;
I know it very well.

thank you, who has made me according to his will. Help me rejoice in my lot.

.. thank you for my desire to love and create.

help me to focus my natural powers and creative energy in worship and prayer, and in doing melachah (creative work). Help me practice a useful, honest trade so that I can provide for myself and [if it be thy will] for my spouse and family.

[And while I am single, may I by honoring your sabbaths and choosing what you desire, make many disciples, and thus have a hand and a name better than that of sons of daughters.

Please make a helper as a fitting match for me, and train me to be a fitting helper for her (or him)]

Strengthen me with discipline and restraint, and may your command keep me in the path of the upright.

[ ..thank you who has created Adam in his image, in the image of G*d he created him, male and female he created them. (for couples upon marriage and upon lovemaking with one's "matching helper"/spouse) ]

[Integrate my heart, to love and fear your name. (for singles and when alone)]

(27) And God created humankind in the divine image,
creating it in the image of God—
creating them male and female.
(28) God blessed them and God said to them, “Be fertile and increase, fill the earth and master it; and rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and all the living things that creep on earth.”

... who has formed man with wisdom, giving him (or her) many vessels and cavities. Help me to arise and stand before you in the hours to come. (after releasing hydraulics)

.. who has given me clean water and enabled me to wash. (after washing hands and face)

Purify my heart, to serve you in truth.

I will wash my hands in innocence, and circle your altar.

(15) My frame was not concealed from You
when I was shaped in a hidden place,
knit together in the recesses of the earth.
(16) Your eyes saw my unformed limbs;
they were all recorded in Your book;
in due time they were formed,
to the very last one of them.-a

(It is prophesied in Jeremiah 4:2, that Noahides will bless the God of Israel, when Israel swears in truth, righteousness, and justice. Thus the Name can be specified:)

Blessed art Thou (and greatly to be praised) God of Israel, Universal King...

... who opens the eyes of the blind (after reading words of holy scripture, possibly from a mezuzah, or from scribal art on the wall)

... who clothes the naked (after dressing)

... who releases the prisoner (after going out the front door to prepare for sunrise).

... who gives the rooster [or if no rooster nearby, birds of the air] understanding to discern between day and night.

[Blessed art thou, God of heavens and earth, who created the great lights, the sun to rule by day and the moon by night] (upon sunrise, before performing prostration exercises or surya namaskar (sun salutations), for we salute only the Creator and Lord of the sun, moon, and stars, and no other subsidiary power)

[..the heavens recount your glory, and the firmament tells of the works of your hand (ps 19)]

.. who straightens the bent (after finding asana - steadiness and comfort in seated or standing meditation posture)

[May they find favor before thee, the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer. (ps 19)]

(Recite the following blessings while preparing to leave the house for synagogue to pray with the community. If one intends to complete shacharit prayers at home, move into the verses of praise now, omitting these until leaving for work afterward.)

.. who has sanctified Israel by thy commandment, teach me thy statutes. (anytime one starts a blessing and does know how to finish it.)

Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain.

Morning blessings over Torah study for Noahides

When performing a voluntary act of discipleship, by imitating one of the positive time-bound mitzvot/commandments given to Jewish men, Noachides or Jewish women need not say a blessing over the act of obedience - since the act already comes with its own reward in addition to the reward for obedience. If they choose to bless, they should not bless by claiming they are 'sanctified by the commandment' or 'commanded to' do such and such. They may instead volunteer a blessing in one of these ways, but should not make an semi-obligatory tradition for others to follow, which would be legalism and judaizing. One could say for example:

.. who has enlightened my eyes by thy Torah, (and taught me to call the sabbath a delight, and honorable)

.. who has caused my heart to cleave to thy commandment .. (and has taught me to not add to or remove from the commandments)

.. who has sanctified me by faith and taught me to .. (not take thy name in vain.)

.. who has drawn me near to the commonwealth of Israel .. (teach me thy statues)

Novel brachas may not be added to the liturgy, except by the Sanhedrin or the Prince, according to Chazal, or in some opinions, by the Exilarch. Although we may compose piyutim, songs of praise, and this is encouraged throughout the ages.

Reciting brachas at shacharit in synagogue seems to be a form of didactic learning through memorization, beneficial for those without a Jewish father to impart the lesson at home. But it seems that the final form of practice is to be when doing the associated acts, at one's own home or place of rest, where one may kneel and meditate.

Although the word bracha literally implies kneeling, during exile among idolaters, we do not publicly recite brachas while kneeling lest we mislead people, and they are often done while standing instead. In private, one may kneel, but not before images. This develops physical strength and flexibility, as well as personal humility, and it is more emotionally authentic to connect our words and our actions in harmony. Unlike idolaters, Jews do not have "holy places" apart from the the Jerusalem temple. One's own home is holier than the synagogue: every man's table is his altar.

*** Source verses, such as given below, may be optionally recited with each of these blessings, at a level appropriate for each learner, an opportunity to grow and increase. (Verses can also be reformulated as prayers and praises, and this is a good way to learn the tongue and practice grammar) As above, one can pray that one might experience each blessing more fully and in a personal way.

(ג) וְאַל־יֹאמַ֣ר בֶּן־הַנֵּכָ֗ר הַנִּלְוָ֤ה אֶל־יי לֵאמֹ֔ר הַבְדֵּ֧ל יַבְדִּילַ֛נִי יי מֵעַ֣ל עַמּ֑וֹ וְאַל־יֹאמַר֙ הַסָּרִ֔יס הֵ֥ן אֲנִ֖י עֵ֥ץ יָבֵֽשׁ׃ {פ}

(3) Let not the foreigner say,
Who has attached himself to the LORD,
“The LORD will keep me apart from His people”;
And let not the eunuch say,
“I am a withered tree.”
(4) For thus said the LORD:
“As for the eunuchs who keep My sabbaths,
Who have chosen what I desire
And hold fast to My covenant—
(5) I will give them, in My House
And within My walls,
A monument and a name
Better than sons or daughters.
I will give them an everlasting name
Which shall not perish.

creating it in the image of God—
creating them male and female.
(28) God blessed them and God said to them, “Be fertile and increase, fill the earth and master it; and rule the fish of the sea, the birds of the sky, and all the living things that creep on earth.”
