מִקְדַּשׁ מֶלֶךְ עִיר מְלוּכָה O Holy Place of the King, city of sovereignty
קוּמִי צְאִי מִתּוֹךְ הַהֲפֵכָה Arise, escape from the midst of the chaos
רַב לָךְ שֶׁבֶת בְּעֵמֶק הַבָּכָא Long have you sat in the valley of tears
וְהוּא יַחֲמוֹל עָלַיִךְ חֶמְלָּה And He will grant mercy, mercy upon you
