משנה: הַמְקַבֵּל שָׂדֶה מֵחֲבֵירוֹ לְשָׁבוּעַ אֶחָד בִּשְׁבַע מֵאוֹת זוּז הַשְּׁבִיעִית מִן הַמִּנְייָן. קִיבְּלָהּ מִמֶּנּוּ שֶׁבַע שָׁנִים בִּשְׁבַע מֵאוֹת זוּז אֵין הַשְּׁבִיעִית מִן הַמִּנְייָן. MISHNAH: If one who contracts with another for a field for a Sabbatical cycle at 700 denars, the Sabbatical year is included⁶⁵He has the use of the field for 7 consecutive years, which gives him the possibility of 6 harvests.. הלכה: הַמְקַבֵּל שָׂדֶה מֵחֲבֵירוֹ כול׳. תַּנֵּי. הַמְקַבֵּל שָׂדֶה מֵחֲבֵירוֹ. זְרָעָהּ שָׁנָה אַחַת וְלא צִימִיחָה כּוֹפִין אוֹתוֹ לְזוֹרְעָהּ שְׁנִייָה. שְׁנִייָה וְלא צִימִיחָה אֵין כּוֹפִין אוֹתוֹ לְזוֹרְעָהּ שְׁלִישִׁית. אָמַר רֵישׁ לָקִישׁ. הָדָא דְתֵימַר בְּשָׂדֶה שֶׁאֵינָהּ בְּדוּקָה. אֲבָל בְּשָׂדֶה שֶׁהִיא בְדוּקָה כּוֹפִין אוֹתוֹ וְזוֹרְעָהּ שְׁלִישִׁית.
