Ibn Ezra on Leviticus 21:8

וקדשתו. במחשבה ובדבור: THOU SHALT SANCTIFY HIM THEREFORE. In mind³⁴Think of the kohen in a respectful manner. and in speech.

לחם אלהיך. מאכל שהוא קרב לשם: THE BREAD³⁵Hebrew, lechem. OF THY GOD. Food³⁶Lechem usually refers to bread. Hence I.E.’s comment. which is offered to God.

אני ה׳‎ מקדשכם. כלכם: I THE LORD, WHO SANCTIFY YOU.³⁷Hebrew, lakhem, which is plural. All of you.
