כל - ואמר: ופשרא – דרך קצרה, כי לא יתכן לפתור רק אחר שיודיע החלום. [Daniel 2:24] Kol kovel denah (כָּל־קֳבֵל דְּנָה - Because of this): And he [Daniel] said: “and the interpretation (u'fishra - וּפִשְׁרָא) [I will tell the king]” – [This is stated] in a concise manner (derekh ketzarah - דֶּרֶךְ קְצָרָה). Because it is not possible to interpret except after one makes known the dream. [Therefore, saying "I will tell the interpretation" implicitly includes telling the dream itself first].
