Keth. 36ᵇ bot. מעיד בה כ׳ if he merely testifies in her favor (without having been instrumental in redeeming her from captivity). Gitt. 55ᵃ יאוש כ׳ וכ׳ the mere giving up of robbed property (without a change of hands after the renunciation) gives the robber no rights. מילי דכ׳־ words spoken merely for saying something, for fun.
